What is Mission Prakriti?
The first ever collaborative effort between BuzzOnEarth, Corporates and veterans of the Indian Army, Prakriti aims to enhance the quality of life for all stakeholders including Planet Earth. A living example of sustainable land use, Prakriti focuses on lakes and river rejuvenation, rapid afforestation and regeneration of biodiversity.
Prakriti will employ ex-Defence personnel and provide livelihood to local communities with support from the state governments, leveraging the sincerity, hardwork and discipline of military rigor. As a positive outcome it will help generate a supply of exclusive herbs, fruits and vegetables locally within the cities. We invite you to be an integral part of this noble transformation to beautiful cities, Pollution free air, cleaner water bodies, healthier citizens, and prosperous communities.

Grow a city forest
City Forest: City forest is a small yet lush mini forest and carbon sink grown inside a campus or a public area to foster carbon sequestration. It also aids in improving the rainfall and water quality ecosystem of the locality.
Food Forest: Food forest is a special version of city forest that grows food products and thereby attracts rich biodiversity. Ultimate aim is to prove this model’s efficacy to the farmers in terms of reduced physical and material inputs and better returns. Once it is adopted by the farmers en mass it will also ensure sustainable land use and healthier vegetables and fruits for the community.
Seedballs or Earthballs are tiny balls of clay containing a variety of different seeds mixed with compost. This is an fun and excellent way of doing massive afforestation engaging your own communities (employees and families) in the process. Once ready, the seedball can be scattered in identified areas and city outskirts.
Rejuvenate a Lake/River
Lakes and rivers are the heart of any city and business continuity depends heavily on them. As part of Prakriti, this is a prime focus area where we engage corporate for funding, technology and volunteering.
Plant a sapling for blessings, wellbeing or in gratitude:
Prakriti will plant saplings on individual names and the whole process of planting, growth and upkeep can be tracked through a chip by the donors.
